What I wish I knew earlier

Our thoughts and words are our reality.

I got this SO WRONG growing up.

My thoughts were of lack and limitation. Of what I didn’t want to happen.

I spoke of criticism and if only this and why can’t I have that

Looking back I shouldn’t be surprised that was exactly what I got.

Power of The Word

For our thoughts and words are incalculably powerful , I just wasn’t aware of it at the time.

If I had been told my outer (my reality) is a reflection of my inner (my thoughts and words) I’d have been a LOT more careful about them.

I am now thankfully through that stage and have come to understand the spiritual law that governs us all and can see how so many others live in ignorance of the power.

You don’t have to have a bad time

I am thrilled to be a conduit to help others come into knowledge of this with my new book, The Seven Steps to Riches, which takes all that I’ve learned from my 36 years and compressed it down into a easy to understand and applicable book.

  1. Understanding the impact of our self-talk and language on our mindset can be extremely beneficial. Our words have the power to create a spell, shaping our perception of ourselves and limiting our potential. At school, we are taught how to perform movements with our hands while being guided by our eyes. We control a pencil and form letters, forming words, ultimately learning to cast spells in our writing (did you enjoy spelling exercises at school?!)

It is essential to be mindful of how we select our words, as they have the ability to transcribe into an energetic spell that affects our thoughts and actions. By being fully conscious of our language, we gain insight into the power of words and the importance of self-awareness.

When we are still, we have the ability to control our thoughts and turn off the tap of limiting beliefs. Choice is a potent force within ourselves, and it starts with the letter “I”. We have the option to empower ourselves by recognizing our ability to control our thoughts and choosing empowering language.
